Settings Reference
Open Settings with the , key or the cogwheel icon. Each tab below mirrors a section in the Settings sidebar. Settings marked (restart) take effect after the app restarts.
Add and manage your IPTV providers. Full guide →
- Playlist Sources — add M3U, Xtream Codes, or Stalker Portal sources. Each source card shows channel/movie/series counts, connections used, and expiry. Per source you can set: backup URLs (auto-swap on failure), backup credentials/MACs, a custom User-Agent, an EPG URL (plus additional waterfall EPG URLs), EPG time offset, LiveTV Only / VOD Only sync scope, and custom refresh intervals overriding the global schedule.
- EPG Sources — Global EPG Links shared across sources (downloaded once, fill only channels missing EPG), linked sources, cached EPG search, and matched-channel views.
- Data Refresh — global TV guide and VOD refresh intervals, and how many sources sync per batch.
- Global User-Agent — default UA for all sources that don’t set their own.

- EPG Grid — visible hours (Automatic = 2–5h by width), 12/24-hour clock format, show date headers, resolution filter button (All/4K/FHD/HD/SD, needs probed channels), metadata badges (resolution, FPS, sound, avg bitrate with per-location toggles, “fps” suffix, FHD/HD labels), current-program highlight, EPG shift.
- Logo Settings — logo size (32–56px), rounded edges, auto light-background detection, default background, smart trim, tile layout (full-bleed vs padded), prefer EPG logos, icon shape (square/rectangle) globally or per source, and logo caching.
- Font Sizes — channel, category, and source font sizes; EPG preview title/body sizes.
- Sort & Channels — channel sort order (Provider / Alphabetical / Channel Number), category display, sidebar drag-reorder hotkey, “All Channels” category, per-source favorites placement (Global / Per Source / Both).
- Search & Filters — source name in search results, max search results, EPG filter.
- Live View & Player — preview panel options, mini media bar, channel info overlay, EPG view layout (Traditional / Alternate), transparent guide settings (height, opacity, hide top row, show on zap).

- MPV Player — Playback Engine (Standalone Sidecar mpv.exe default, or Embedded libmpv — restart required), hardware acceleration toggle (
--hwdec=auto --vo=gpu), HDR-to-SDR tonemapping + [HDR] quick toggle, picture quality profiles (Smooth / Balanced / Maximum), and custom MPV Parameters. - Auto-Reconnect — event-based reconnect, stall detection watchdog with timeout, max retry attempts. At least one detection must stay enabled for retries/failover.
- Cast / DLNA — Google Cast discovery and

- RPDB — RatingPosterDB integration overlaying rating badges (IMDb, Rotten Tomatoes, etc.) on posters, optional RPDB backdrops (Tier 2+), and badge preferences.
Subtitles and sound processing.
- Subtitles — SubSource integration (API key), OpenSubtitles login (with daily download allowance), default/preferred provider, default language/size/position, embedded-style override, and appearance (color, background, outline) with live preview.
- Audio — normalize loudness, audio profiles (e.g. Night mode), surround-to-stereo downmix, maximum volume boost (100/150/200%), default audio language, and audio output device selection.
Stremio add-on playback behavior.
- Playback picker mode (choose a stream vs. auto-play first), hover detail cards, caching of add-on fetch results (with expiration), and Stream Badges (JSON badge definitions for 4K/HDR/RD+/Torrent/seeder counts).
Nuvio cloud account & sync.
- Connect your Nuvio account to sync watch history, watchlist, profiles, and add-ons. Includes cloud library cache, Debrid link resolving, TMDB metadata enrichment, profiles, and homepage layout customization (which catalog rows appear, hide unreleased).

Visual themes and fonts.
- Choose from 40+ built-in themes (dark/light, neon, glassmorphism), OLED Black Background (pure-black surfaces on dark themes), custom theme editor with live preview, custom accent colors, background style/bulbs, and custom font upload.
Interface appearance and behavior.
- Language — one of 24 UI languages.
- Window default size and whether to save size on exit, UI scaling, typography/font, media control design (Clean/Borderless vs Legacy), volume % display, channel info overlay customization, minimize to tray, autohide overlay timer, scrollbar width override, and OLED black.
Performance tuning for lower-end hardware.

Cache-based time shift.
- Cache Time Shift — MPV keeps a rolling in-memory buffer of the live stream so you can rewind/ff within the cached window (takes effect on restart).
- Live Now Buffer Offset — seek this many seconds behind live when pressing “Go Live” to avoid buffer stalls.
- EPG cache size, logo cache size, and cache clearing (EPG-only or full).
Network security.
- SSRF protection — blocks requests to local network addresses by default to stop malicious playlists probing your internal network. Allow LAN only if your provider runs locally (Plex, Jellyfin, NAS) and you trust the source.
SOCKS5 proxy for all app traffic (streams, EPG, metadata, VOD). Enable toggle, server host/port (DNS-safe socks5h:// by default), and diagnostics to verify your public IP matches the proxy location.
Diagnostics.
- Debug logging — verbose mpv/renderer/main-process logs written to a file (slightly impacts performance); log retention in days with auto-cleanup on startup.

Back up and restore your setup.
- Export / Import — full backup file (sources, settings, customizations, watch history, local library, folders, logo overrides).
- Automated Backup — enable periodic backups (hourly → weekly), max backups kept (1–20), custom folder, and “Back up now”.
